Terms and Conditions
Welcome to NilaBindu! By using our website and confirming your attendance through our forms (or other means) or purchasing some of our products, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms comply with applicable Finnish and EU regulations, including consumer protection laws and data privacy requirements under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Please note that the use of our website and our sessions are intended exclusively for participants aged 18 and older.

1. P A Y M E N T
– All our services and products should be paid through the options provided on the website at the time of booking. All prices are in EUR (€).
– For purchasing products or Entrance Pass, only select the online payment options “Klarna/Cards” or “PayPal” as payment methods (only online payments allowed). Shipping only within Finland.
– Discount codes: If a discount code is used improperly (e.g., for purchasing products or combining it with other discounts or promotions that are not valid for the code), the purchase will be canceled, even if you have received a confirmation e-mail from it.
2. C A N C E L L A T I O N P O L I C Y
For return of physical products please refer to our Return Policy.
Cancellations must be made through e-mail to info@nilabindu.com or in the designated contact form on our website. Finnish consumer protection laws apply in case of disputes.
Minimum Participants:
Each Sound Journey group sessions requires a minimum of two or three participants (depending on the location and date) to proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the session. In such cases:
You will be notified of the cancellation at least 2 hours before the session.
You will have the option to reschedule the session to another available date or request a full refund of the session fee, or a code back if entrance pass was used for the reservation.
This ensures that our sessions remain enjoyable and effective for all participants.
– Single Session Reservations / Living room relaxation / Reiki / Full Moon event
You may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable and an invoice will be send for the amount of the session.
Please note: By booking a single sound journey session, living room relaxation, reiki, or full moon event, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period due to the time-sensitive nature of the service.
– Themed group, Sound Journey
For Sound Journey themed groups (consisting of three sessions), cancellations can be made no later than 7 full calendar days (1 week) before the first session of the month. After this deadline, the package is non-refundable, and any missed sessions within the package will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
Please note: By booking for a themed group Sound Journey, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period due to the time-sensitive nature of the service.
– Private Group or Corporate Bookings
For private bookings, such as corporate wellness sessions or group events, cancellations must be made over 14 full calendar days in advance of the scheduled event. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 full calendar days of the scheduled event will be non-refundable.
– Entrance Pass (x-Session Packs) (5, 10, 20 sessions)
The cooling-off period is waived once you complete your purchase of a multi-session pack (5, 10, or 20 sessions). These packages are non-refundable once purchased.
– After purchasing the entrance pass, you will receive the corresponding number of unique codes via email within 0–2 business days.
– These codes are valid exclusively for booking Sound Bath sessions and cannot be used for purchasing other products.
– Each code can only be used for reserving 1 session for 1 person at a time. Codes cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, group bookings. or special events.
– If a code is used improperly (e.g., for purchasing products or combining it with other discounts or promotions), the purchase will be canceled, and the code will be voided, meaning you will lose that code.
– For 10x or 20x entrance passes shared with 1 friend, each participant must reserve their session separately using one of the provided codes.
Validity:
The 5x session pack must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. It is non-transferable and for personal use only.
The 10x session pack must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase and can be shared with one other person (maximum of 2 people per pack).
The 20x session pack must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase and can also be shared with one other person (maximum of 2 people per pack).
Expiration: Any remaining session(s) on the Entrance Pass will expire at the end of the validity period.
Non-Refundable: Entrance Pass are non-refundable. By purchasing an entrance pass, you acknowledge and accept the waiver of the 14-day cooling-off period.
– Gift Card Policy –
Validity: Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Redemption: Gift cards can be used toward any services available on our website. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the card’s validity period.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable. By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge and accept the waiver of the 14-day cooling-off period.
Lost or Stolen Cards: We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Expiration: Any remaining balance on the gift card will expire at the end of the validity period.
3. S E S S I O N S
– Sessions begin promptly at the times indicated on our website. We ask that you arrive on time as other classes may follow. Early arrival (5–10 minutes) is recommended.
– Bring any items needed for your comfort, such as yoga mats, blankets, warm clothing, or an eye cover.
4. H E A L T H A N D S A F E T Y
Sound Journey / Reiki
Our sessions are designed to be safe and generally produce relaxing effects. However, some participants may experience mild effects, such as -and not limited to-:
– Fatigue
– Sensory overload
– Temporary numbness due to relaxation
– “Spiritual Detox”
These sessions are designed to promote relaxation but are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or replace any medical treatment. Your participation is entirely voluntary and at your own discretion. We advise that you consult with a healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions or health concerns.
Individuals with the following conditions should avoid participate in our Sound Journey sessions:
– Pregnancy (especially within the first trimester)
– Epilepsy or seizure disorders
– Pacemaker or similar heart devices
For the following conditions, we recommend seeking advice from your healthcare provider before participating:
– Metal implants or stitches
– Heart conditions (including angina)
– Severe mental health conditions (also for our reiki sessions)
– Cancer
– High or low blood pressure
NilaBindu reserves the right to deny session participation to individuals who do not meet health and safety requirements, as outlined.
Disclaimer
NilaBindu and its staff assume no medical, legal, or financial liability for any side effects experienced during or after the session. By participating, you acknowledge that you have reviewed this information and accept full responsibility for any risks associated with your participation. To the extent permitted by Finnish and EU law, NilaBindu and its team are not liable for any adverse effects that may result from your participation in our sessions.
5. C O N S U M E R P R O T E C T I O N
In compliance with Finnish consumer protection regulations:
You have the right to receive clear, accurate information on services, including session content, risks, and costs.
In case of dissatisfaction, Finnish consumer dispute resolution bodies can mediate as necessary.
6. P R I V A C Y P O L I C Y
Our Privacy Policy follows GDPR and Finnish data protection regulations:
– Data Collection and Use
We collect only necessary data, such as contact and payment information, to provide our services and/or marketing.
– Data Storage
All collected data is stored securely and is accessible only by authorized personnel.
– Data Sharing
Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
By using our services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
7. L I M I T A T I O N O F L I A B I L I T Y
Nilabindu is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our sessions. You assume full responsibility for any personal health risks associated with participation.
8. C O N T E N T A N D I N T E L L E C T U A L P R O P E R T Y
All content, including text, images, and media on our website, is the property of Nilabindu and is protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is prohibited without written permission from Nilabindu.
9. A M E N D M E N T S T O T E R M S
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or participation in our services indicates acceptance of any updated terms.
We will notify registered participants of significant changes via email or site notifications.

All services offered on our website are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect confirmed bookings.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at our discretion, for reasons including, but not limited to, non-compliance with our terms or behavior that disrupts our services, or individuals who do not meet health and safety requirements, as outlined.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of your use of our website or participation in our sessions, to the extent permitted by Finnish and EU law.
