Cancellations must be made through e-mail to info@nilabindu.com or in the designated contact form on our website. Finnish consumer protection laws apply in case of disputes.

Minimum Participants:
Each group session requires a minimum of one or two participants (depending on the location and date) to proceed. If the minimum number of participants is not met, we reserve the right to cancel the session. In such cases:
You will be notified of the cancellation at least 3 hours before the session.
In such cases, you can choose to reschedule, receive a full refund, or get a session back in your card (if a prepaid card was used).
This ensures that our sessions remain enjoyable and effective for all participants.

Courses have their own minimum participants, please check their specific information.

– Single reservations in group sessions/ Living room relaxation / Reiki / Full Moon event / NeuroVIZR
You may cancel without penalty up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled session (make sure that the session is not marked as special event, as another cancellation policy applies to them. Check “Special event”.). Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable and an invoice will be send for the amount of the session.

Please note: By booking to participate in a group session of Sound Journey or yoga (or other group sessions), living room relaxation, reiki, full moon event, or NeuroVIZR, you waive your right to the 14-day cooling-off period due to the time-sensitive nature of the service.

– Courses
For courses, cancellations can be made no later than 14 full calendar days (2 weeks) before the first day of the course.
After this deadline, the reservation is non-refundable, and will not be eligible for a refund or credit. An invoice will be send for the total amount.

– Special event
For events marked as special events, cancellations can be made no later than 7 full calendar days (1 week) before the event. After this deadline, the reservation is non-refundable, and will not be eligible for a refund or credit. An invoice will be send for the total amount.

– Private Group or Corporate Bookings
For private bookings, such as corporate wellness sessions or group events, cancellations must be made over 14 full calendar days in advance of the scheduled event. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 7 full calendar days of the scheduled event will be non-refundable.

– Prepaid Card (3x, 5x, 10x sessions)
The cooling-off period is waived once you complete your purchase of a prepaid card (3, 5, or 10 sessions). These packages are non-refundable once purchased.

– After purchasing the prepaid card, you will be able to reserve in our reservation calendar using using your prepaid card times.

– Please check the specific details of each prepaid card, as they cannot be used for purchasing other products or services than the ones indicated on it.

– Welcome prepaid cards are reserved only for new customers, so please refer to the correct prepaid card in your situation if you have already attended our sessions. We reserve the right to cancel your prepaid card if we noticed you have misused it.

Validity:
The 3x Welcome prepaid card must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. It is non-transferable and for personal use only.
Other 3x prepaid cards must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase. It is non-transferable and for personal use only.
The 5x prepaid card must be used within 5 months from the date of purchase and can be shared with one other person (maximum of 2 people per prepaid card). Notice that reservation must be done by the same user that purchased the card.
The 10x prepaid card must be used within 10 months from the date of purchase and can also be shared with one other person (maximum of 2 people per prepaid card). Notice that reservation must be done by the same user that purchased the card.
Expiration: Any remaining session(s) on the Prepaid Card will expire at the end of the validity period.

Non-Refundable: Prepaid Cards are non-refundable. By purchasing a prepaid card, you acknowledge and accept the waiver of the 14-day cooling-off period.

– Gift Card Policy –

Validity: Gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.
Redemption: Gift cards can be used toward any services available on our website, unless if specified for a service or course on the gift card, then is only valid for that in specific. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases within the card’s validity period.
Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable. By purchasing a gift card, you acknowledge and accept the waiver of the 14-day cooling-off period.
Lost or Stolen Cards: We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Expiration: Any remaining balance on the gift card will expire at the end of the validity period.

– Themed group, Sound Journey
For Sound Journey themed groups (consisting of three sessions), cancellations can be made no later than 7 full calendar days (1 week) before the first session of the month. After this deadline, the package is non-refundable, and any missed sessions within the package will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
