Reiki is an energy healing technique, in which the universal life force energy is channeled. The universal energy is intelligent, so it will go where it is intended and act towards the highest good.

In my sessions, I combine learnings from traditional Reiki Usui, and Western Reiki Usui, using hands-off technique -meaning there will be no physical touch-, and scanning the 7 main chakras.

Reiki flows where it is most needed, helping to calm the nervous system, clearing emotional and energetic blockages, easing physical tension, or improving overall a feeling good state.

I provide a comfortable space ready for you, though you are always welcome to bring any special items that help you feel your best.

At your place, make sure to have a comfortable place to be during the session without distractions.

Please note: My home space is shared with cats, so sessions held here are not suitable for those with cat allergies.

For the comfort and safety of everyone, I kindly ask that if you have dogs in your home, they are kept in a separate area during the session. This helps ensure a calm, focused environment for the session.
