“Very relaxed and content. I slept very well that night. ”

“There was a very comfortable sound, I’m not sure what it was, maybe bells? the sound moved from side to side. That sound took me to a very happy memory and feelings. ”

Do you have any additional comments or reflections you’d like to share with us?

“That was my first time and I wasn’t sure how it was going to be. But I just let my mind go with the sounds and it felt so good. Happily, I had a great moment with myself. “

“I didn’t feel that some of the high and fast sounds were very relaxing sounds for me. Thank you for a stopping and beautiful sound bath.”
