In our sessions of Gentle hatha yoga, you are invited to move your body in a soft way, connecting with your breath, and bringing awareness to your own practice and inner rhythm.
These sessions are designed specially for beginners, offering space to move with intention.

By reserving through the form, you acknowledge that the cooling-off period is waived. After completing the reservation, our standard cancellation policy will apply.

What to Bring

– Yoga mats, and blankets are provided at Nilabindu wellness center (Leilankuja 4D, Espoo).
– Participants should bring their own comfort items (i.e. wool socks, eye mask).

Additional information

– Please arrive on time to respect the experience of others. It’s advisable to come 5-10 minutes early.
– We reserve the right to cancel the session if the minimum number of participants is not met, we will notify you at least 3 hours before the scheduled start time. In such cases, you can choose to reschedule, receive a full refund, or get a session back in your card (if a prepaid card was used).
